We only ask for your details when you make a purchase via our website. The details you provide us are used strictly to fulfill your order and never passed on.

We will use reasonable efforts to delete your information from our existing files.

framecor.com.au puts significant effort into making sure the website information and prices are accurate & correct, framecor.com.au reserves the right to alter any information or price at any time. When incorrect information is identified framecor.com.au will update it as soon as possible.
In the event that an order has been placed for a product that has an incorrect price or product description the customer will be offered a full refund or the customer can opt to pay the corrected price.
framecor.com.au puts significant effort into making sure that all stock shown on the website are available. But frameshop.com.au does not guarantee that some products will be available at the time of ordering.
You must not use the framecor.com.au website in any way that is illegal under Australian law or in any way that may cause harm to framecor.com.au or its users.
framecor.com.au reserves the right to block access to the website where inappropriate behave has been detected.

framecor.com.au ships to all areas in Australia only.
However we do accept orders from all international countries as long as
shipping address is within Australian territories.

Customer Service
At framecor.com.au our customers are our top priority.
We know that prompt communication is the key to happy customers. As a minimum service level we will endeavour to do the following:
- Email you within 48 hours if a product you have ordered is out of stock
- Email you within 48 hours if a product that you ordered is on back order with our suppliers
- Provide you with an estimated shipping date for any delayed orders
- Answer your email enquiries with 24 hours.

Returns & Refunds
If you are not completely satisfied with the product you purchase from Framecor you may return it within 7 days of the receiving date of the product for a full credit or refund (excluding freight).
If you have made the wrong choice, please contact us to negotiate.
All expenses associated with returns are the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged Goods
We take full responsibility for the packaging of the goods but unfortunately we cannot take responsibility for poor handling .
But in the case of the packaging or the product being at fault we will replace or repair your item free of charge
Please retain all packing materials and product.
Send us an email in advance before returning suspected damaged items, as we may rectify the problem. (e.g. glass replacement).
POSTAGE & SHIPPING
Delivery Method
We ship all items via Australia Post, Fastway couriers and Toll Express.
Most items will be shipped within 48hrs of you placing an order. However if an item is out of stock, shipping may take a little longer. We will promptly inform you if there will be a delay in shipping by email or phone. Estimated delivery time is one to seven working days depending on your location.
You can check your order status online at any time using your log in account.

Delivery Cost
The delivery cost is based on number of items purchased, size, weight, and delivery address.
(More frames in the order cost less freight per frame)
The cost appears once you enter your delivery address after checkout but before order confirmation.
At this stage you may still change your mind if you find us expensive but we believe you won't,
as our freight prices are very reasonable.
